The attributes of today’s accountant are no longer a pen, a binder with documents, or a calculator. They were replaced by a computer with a suite of high-tech programs and applications. Some of the repetitive tasks are performed by machines, reducing the margin of error, optimizing and speeding up many processes.

Modern technology has had a significant impact on the way we do accounting and our accounting office. Digitization of company processes is the way to accelerate information flow and business development, also because hybrid or remote working is now increasingly popular.

IT software allows the integration of data from different sources, such as warehouse programs, online banking or programs designed for invoicing. Our customers deliver documents to the office in a variety of ways – they send them by email, share them with us via the cloud or in the SaldeoSmart program, and send or bring them in person to our accounting office. Our job is to integrate them properly, in order to properly maintain accounting records and timely preparation of reports and declarations.
 
To this end, we implement modern ERP systems and e-documentation software. We run most of our accounting processes in Comarch ERP Optima software. We also use Comarch OCR software for automatic invoice recognition and document predecision. We provide support in the use of Comarch HRM application for employee management. Our clients can issue invoices using the SaldeoSmart program and application we offer free of charge, which also allows for electronic document workflow and archiving. This speeds up work and minimizes the need for repetitive tasks, and provides constant access to documentation.
 

We are open to modern technologies, which is why we continue to develop by implementing further new IT solutions available for bookkeeping and HR and payroll services.
