The administrator processes personal data of clients provided under the contract for the provision of accounting and human resources services and the performance of related public law obligations. The administrator does not collect more data than necessary for the performance of these services.

Purpose of data processing and the basis for its use – data are processed:
– With the customer’s consent for the purpose of executing the contract for the provision of accounting and human resources services,
– in order to realize the legitimate interests of the Administrator occurring in the case of: establishing, defending, asserting claims related to participation or activities, and to support customer service.

Basis for the transfer of data – the Client’s data is provided voluntarily by the Client, with the transfer of data being necessary for the performance of the contract for the provision of accounting and personnel services.

The customer is under no obligation, including legal obligation to provide his data, failure to do so will not result in any negative consequences for him, except the inability to perform the contract of accounting and personnel services.

The Administrator may provide data to entities operating ICT systems or providing ICT tools; entities providing consulting, advisory, auditing services or legal, tax, accounting assistance.
