  2. The administrator processes personal data of clients provided under the contract for the provision of accounting and human resources services and the performance of related public law obligations. The administrator does not collect more data than necessary for the performance of these services.

  3. Purpose of data processing and the basis for its use – data are processed:

    – With the customer’s consent for the purpose of executing the contract for the provision of accounting and human resources services,

    – in order to realize the legitimate interests of the Administrator occurring in the case of: establishing, defending, asserting claims related to participation or activities, and to support customer service.

  4. Basis for the transfer of data – the Client’s data is provided voluntarily by the Client, with the transfer of data being necessary for the performance of the contract for the provision of accounting and personnel services.

  5. The customer is under no obligation, including legal obligation to provide his data, failure to do so will not result in any negative consequences for him, except the inability to perform the contract of accounting and personnel services.

  6. The Administrator may provide data to entities operating ICT systems or providing ICT tools; entities providing consulting, advisory, auditing services or legal, tax, accounting assistance.

  7. Period of storage of personal data – no longer than will be necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected or longer than is prescribed by law.

  8. The customer is entitled to:

    1. Request rectification (amendment) and completion, deletion, restriction of processing, transfer, access to his personal data

    2. revoke at any time your consent to the processing of your personal data without affecting the processing carried out on the basis of consent before revocation

    3. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

    4. to file an objection, in a situation where:

    – when there are reasons related to your particular situation, and the processing of your data is based on the basis of necessity for the purposes arising from our, so-called, “data processing”. legitimate interests, or

    – at any time against the processing of data for direct marketing purposes.

Mozilla Firefox

Google Chrome
In the menu hidden under the three horizontal dashes in the upper right corner of the browser, select “Tools” and then “Clear browsing data…”. In addition to the ability to clear cookies, there is a “More Information” link that leads to a detailed description of the browser’s privacy features.

Opera
Using the “Opera” button in the upper left corner, open the menu and select “Settings” in it and then “Clear browsing history…”. In addition to the ability to delete cookies already set, there is also a “Manage cookies…” button. leading to more advanced options for individual sites

Safari
In the “Safari” menu, select “Preferences” and in it the “Privacy” tab. You will find numerous options for cookies.
