CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
Signing a contract for the provision of services
We make sure that the records are transparent and that they guarantee partnership terms.
Granting of powers of attorney
We need them to represent your company before institutions such as tax offices, Social Security, the Statistical Office.
Appointment of specialists serving your company
Support will be provided by your regular caregivers: the Specialist for the Department of the Interior. Accounting Officer and Accounting Specialist. Human Resources and Payroll. They are experts who will constantly watch over your accounts and billing.

IMPLEMENTATION
Technical support / IT
Specialist in the field. IT will import your company's database into our financial program. If you have been doing your company's accounting or HR in a different program than the one you want to use - we will transpose your existing records to the new system.
Support from a specialist in the field. accounting / bookkeeping
We will coordinate the transfer of the necessary documentation from the previous accounting service. If you wish, we will audit your accounting for previous periods. We will also analyze whether the tax solutions you have used so far (form of taxation, rules for paying taxes) are optimal for your business. For entities with accounting records, we will discuss accounting principles and the issue of the need to establish an accounting policy.
Support from a specialist in the field. human resources and payroll / personnel officer
We will make sure that the necessary documentation from the previous HR and payroll service is transferred to us. Upon request, we will conduct a personnel, payroll and insurance audit for previous periods. If you have employees, we will analyze the forms of employment and help match them to the needs of the employer and employee. We will also discuss the rules for paying social contributions and health contributions.
